Streamlining member task flows

The Product Experience Design team for Pharmacy went through extensive User Experience Research over the course of four months to refine the pharmacy experience within Anthem & Sydney Health App. Using existing member user data, moderated interviews, and unmoderated surveys we were able to provide a simple & easy experience for members to find prescriptions.
